Privacy
Last updated September 30, 2026
We collect as little as we can. This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us through a form or by email.
What we collect
| Where | What | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Contact form | Your name, work email, organization, and, if you add them, your title, phone number, organization type, topic and message | To reply to you and discuss your inquiry |
| Newsletter sign-up | Your email address and, if you add it, your first name | To send you occasional insights from Affirm Strategy |
| Spam protection | A one-way hash of your internet (IP) address, kept for up to 24 hours | To limit repeated automated submissions |
Like any website host, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) for security and operations.
How your information is handled
- Form submissions are delivered by email to our Microsoft 365 mailbox, where our team reads and answers them.
- When you send a form, we may email an automatic confirmation to the address you entered. It does not repeat your message.
- We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain our business records.
- We do not sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or use it for profiling.
- We do not add you to a mailing list unless you sign up for one. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics and loads no advertising or tracking scripts. Our fonts and images are served from our own site.
The one outside service is Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that messages and sign-ups sent through our forms come from a person rather than an automated program. It loads only when you start filling in a form. For that check, Cloudflare receives technical signals such as your IP address and browser details and uses them to detect bots. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.
We also use Google Search Console, a free Google tool, to see how this site appears in Google Search. It reports aggregated search data to us from Google, such as which searches led to our pages. It does not place cookies or tracking code on this site.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support [at] affirmstrategy [dot] com or by writing to Affirm Strategy, LLC, 1500 Waugh Drive Ste 236E, Houston, TX 77019. Depending on where you live, laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act may give you additional rights, including the rights to access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of your personal data, and to appeal a decision we make about your request.
Children
This site is intended for professionals and is not directed at children.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date above.
