Summary

Larry is a co-founder of Affirm Strategy and has been assisting healthcare and higher education clients for over 35 years, focusing his efforts locally, regionally, nationally and internationally with identifying and implementing the comprehensive activities necessary to successfully transform universities, AMCs and health systems. These activities include strategic planning, clinical operating model development, accreditation, business and clinical transformation, clinical integration, strategic facilitation, physician services & engagement, supply chain and shared services, PMO development, as well as planning related to enablement of new facilities (Greenfield and replacement).

Experience

Additionally, Larry has led assessments and implementations related to health information exchanges (HIEs), the electronic medical record (EMR), administrative & financial systems (ERP), IT and cloud strategies including end-user devices, medical equipment and mobile/digital/tele/virtual-health, (including development of virtual health use-cases, business cases and roadmaps).

Larry has worked with over 100 major organizations including universities and over 50 AMCs in over 12 countries throughout the Americas, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Caribbean.
